The Management Consultant role is a full-time position based in Lahore, offering a hybrid work model that balances on-site presence with remote work flexibility. The consultant will collaborate closely with client teams to evaluate business performance, identify challenges, and develop practical solutions across operations, finance, and strategy domains. Daily tasks include data collection and analysis, conducting interviews and workshops, mapping and optimizing business processes, and preparing detailed client presentations and reports. Additionally, the consultant will assist in implementing recommended changes, tracking their effectiveness, and working alongside senior consultants on various projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with client teams to assess business operations and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze data, conduct stakeholder interviews, and facilitate workshops to gather insights.
- Map, evaluate, and redesign business processes to enhance efficiency and performance.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive presentations and reports to clients.
- Support the implementation of strategic recommendations and monitor their impact.
- Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
- Maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
- Contribute to the firm’s knowledge base and assist in developing new consulting services.

Required Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
- Solid understanding of management consulting methodologies, including problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and change management.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, including reviewing financial statements and supporting cost optimization and investment decisions.
- Experience in business process analysis and design, including process mapping and performance measurement.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or business analysis is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of working effectively with diverse client teams.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with data analysis tools or business intelligence software is an advantage.
