Management Intern

We are a dynamic engineering company serving the Pharmaceuticals, Food, and BioTech sectors, currently seeking a Management Intern to join our office and project teams in Lahore. The role involves supporting daily management activities, coordinating with engineering and project teams, and maintaining effective client communication.

Key Responsibilities
The Management Intern will assist in coordinating with clients’ engineering and project teams to ensure smooth communication and timely follow-ups. Responsibilities include preparing reports and presentations, gathering and analyzing operational and project data, and supporting process documentation and workflow improvements. The intern will also contribute to administrative tasks, participate in internal meetings, and engage in learning activities related to engineering solutions and client service. This role requires adaptability to both office and field environments in Lahore.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have foundational knowledge in Engineering disciplines such as Mechanical, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering, supported by ongoing studies or a recent degree. Practical experience with AutoCAD and Building Information Modeling (BIM) is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, including the ability to work with data, prepare reports, and assist in decision-making processes. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for collaboration with cross-functional teams and professional client interactions. Candidates must demonstrate solid organizational and time-management abilities, capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting. Proficiency in basic office software such as word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools is expected, along with a willingness to learn new technologies and systems. A genuine eagerness to learn about engineering solutions, project management, and client service within industrial sectors is highly valued. The ability to work on-site in Lahore and adapt to varying work environments is required.
