Salt Pakistan is looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Operations to lead and oversee all departments within the organization. This senior leadership role requires a strong background in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) and Food & Beverage (F&B) industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring business performance, and upholding international brand standards. Acting as the face of Salt Pakistan, this individual will lead departmental heads and ensure all functions align with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and monitor all departments including Operations, Front of House (FOH), Back of House (BOH), Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, Procurement, and Administration.
- Ensure smooth daily operations across all branches while maintaining consistent service and product quality.
- Represent Salt Pakistan professionally, safeguarding the brand’s reputation at all times.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures in line with company goals.
- Monitor departmental performance by establishing KPIs and ensuring accountability across teams.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate departmental heads and branch management teams.
- Conduct regular branch visits and operational audits to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to monitor sales, costs, profitability, labor efficiency, food costs, and operational expenses.
- Ensure exceptional guest experience, food quality, service standards, and overall customer satisfaction.
- Identify operational challenges, resolve cross-departmental issues, and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Support business expansion initiatives, including new branch openings and development of scalable operational systems.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health and safety regulations, and other applicable laws.
- Coordinate with senior management on business performance, operational risks, expansion plans, and strategic decisions.
- Foster a culture of professionalism, teamwork, discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven senior-level experience in the QSR and Food & Beverage industry is essential.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple departments, teams, or restaurant branches.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, cost control, service standards, and business performance metrics.
- Experience with premium restaurant brands, international chains, or multi-branch operations is advantageous.
- Proven track record of leading teams, improving operational performance, and supporting business growth.

Compensation: Starting from Rs150,000 per month
