Key Responsibilities
- Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and business partners to encourage long-term collaboration.
- Support the marketing team in planning and executing promotional campaigns that align with the company’s business objectives.
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate seamless communication with clients and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide insights that aid strategic decision-making.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and marketing materials to support various marketing initiatives.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain the CRM database to track interactions and progress.
- Participate in meetings, exhibitions, and networking events as needed to represent the company and expand professional networks.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the department head to support team goals and departmental functions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to solve problems efficiently.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- The position offers a monthly salary of Rs 25,000.
