Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Supply Chain

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Supply Chain to join our team. This role involves supporting the supply chain operations through accurate data management, coordination, and administrative assistance. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate or someone with minimal experience, eager to develop their skills in a dynamic work environment and willing to work the night shift.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Supply Chain team with daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry of supply chain-related information.
- Maintain and update records, spreadsheets, and internal databases regularly.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of reports related to inventory, orders, and other supply chain functions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate the seamless flow of information.
- Track orders, inventory, and other operational requirements to support team objectives.
- Verify data and documentation for accuracy and completeness to maintain data integrity.
- Organize and maintain supply chain documentation and records systematically.
- Carry out additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in BBA or B.Com from a recognized institution.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in data entry is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
- Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Effective communication and coordination skills for teamwork and interdepartmental collaboration.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to work during the night shift.
