Management Trainee Officers

Jade (Private) Limited is offering a full-time Management Trainee Officer (MTO) position based in Islamabad, Pakistan. This fixed-term trainee programme is designed for fresh graduates or those awaiting final results who wish to start their career in governance, risk and compliance (GRC), cybersecurity, sales, or operations within a technology-driven environment. The programme provides hands-on experience working on real client and internal projects, supported by a structured development plan, rotations, and regular performance reviews. Successful completion may lead to a permanent role, depending on performance.

Key Responsibilities

Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) & Cybersecurity:
Collaborate with consultants to identify applicable obligations for clients, develop controls and policies, and compile evidence demonstrating control effectiveness. Learn risk assessment, control design, and security operations management.

Sales and Business Development:
Conduct market and client research, including international prospects, prepare proposals and capability materials alongside delivery teams, and support client engagement from initial contact through contract signing. Communicate technical services clearly to non-technical audiences.

Operations and Delivery:
Coordinate client engagements by managing plans, schedules, status reports, risk logs, and documentation of deliverables. Work closely with project and delivery leads to ensure smooth execution.

Required Qualifications

- A completed bachelor’s degree or final results expected before the programme start date.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Eligibility to work in Pakistan.
- Ability to work onsite in Islamabad as per programme requirements.
- No prior work experience is necessary; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

For GRC and Cybersecurity, degrees in computer science, information security, information technology, software engineering, or related fields are preferred. For Sales and Business Development, degrees in business, marketing, economics, computer science, or related disciplines are advantageous. For Operations and Delivery, degrees in any discipline are acceptable, with engineering, computing, business, or management backgrounds considered a plus.

Jade offers a competitive salary ranging from PKR 30,000 to 35,000 per month, statutory benefits as per law, structured training, a written development plan, and regular feedback sessions. Upon successful completion, participants receive a certificate acknowledging their involvement in the programme.

The selection process involves reviewing applications against the stated criteria, followed by structured interviews and role-related exercises assessed by a panel.
