Management Training (Costing - only ICMA partly qualified)

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join our Costing Department as Management Trainee Officers (MTO). This entry-level position is ideal for candidates who have completed at least the Operational Level of the ICMA (Institute of Cost and Management Accountants) qualification and are eager to develop their skills in cost accounting within a corporate setting. The role offers hands-on experience in cost analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting, providing a strong foundation for a career in management accounting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of cost reports and variance analysis.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of cost accounting systems.
- Collect and analyze data to determine accurate costs of products and services.
- Assist in inventory valuation, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Collaborate with production and finance teams to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports to support management decision-making.

Required Qualifications:
- Must be an active student of ICMA (Institute of Cost and Management Accountants).
- Completion of the Operational Level of ICMA is mandatory; candidates below this level will not be considered.
- Fresh graduates or entry-level candidates with a strong foundation in cost accounting principles.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and standards.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail.
