Manager – Corporate Affairs & Fundraising

We are seeking a dynamic Manager of Corporate Affairs & Fundraising to join a fast-paced startup environment and work directly with the Founder on high-impact projects. This role requires a strategic thinker who can also execute tasks hands-on, supporting fundraising efforts, investor relations, corporate governance, and global business expansion. The ideal candidate will thrive in ambiguity, enjoy solving complex problems, and manage confidential projects across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

Fundraising Support:
- Manage the investor pipeline and maintain the CRM system.
- Conduct research on venture capital firms, family offices, and angel investors.
- Prepare detailed investor profiles, briefing documents, and pitch materials.
- Coordinate due diligence processes and maintain data rooms for investor access.

Corporate Affairs & Global Expansion:
- Oversee company incorporation processes across various jurisdictions.
- Liaise with legal, tax, and compliance advisors worldwide to ensure regulatory adherence.
- Research international markets, incentives, and opportunities for expansion.
- Manage corporate governance documentation and statutory filings.
- Support office setup and establish local partnerships in new markets.

Strategic Research & Executive Support:
- Conduct market, competitor, and regulatory research to inform business decisions.
- Prepare executive briefing papers and comprehensive market entry reports.
- Identify potential partnership opportunities with accelerators, universities, and enterprise partners.

Investor & Partner Relations:
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and track follow-ups to maintain strong communication.
- Maintain relationship databases and coordinate networking events to foster investor and partner engagement.

Required Qualifications
- MBA degree is mandatory.
- 0-3 years of relevant experience in startup operations, corporate affairs, consulting, or working in a founder’s office.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling.
- Comfortable using AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms.
- Excellent business writing and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and effective stakeholder management capabilities.
