Manager – Strategy & Business Operations

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Manager – Strategy & Business Operations to join a leading media group based in Lahore. This role requires a dynamic professional with strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills, capable of managing a variety of responsibilities including organizational development, project management, business operations, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving process improvements and supporting the company’s long-term objectives through effective coordination and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead initiatives focused on organizational development, process optimization, and operational planning to enhance overall efficiency.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor projects to ensure they are executed on time and meet quality standards.
- Prepare detailed management presentations, reports, proposals, and other business documents to support decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to align efforts with organizational goals.
- Analyze operational challenges and provide actionable recommendations to improve workflows and performance.
- Support strategic planning activities, monitor performance metrics, and assist in implementing management decisions effectively.

Required Qualifications

- MBA in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling presentations and reports.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to multitask and manage diverse responsibilities.
- Confident and effective communicator, especially when interacting with senior management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience working in a news channel or media house is highly preferred.
- This position offers an onsite work environment based in Lahore.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs 100,000 to Rs 150,000.
