This role ensures the efficient execution of network upgrades and power system installations to maintain network uptime and optimize resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management:
Lead end-to-end management of site RAN and power expansion projects, including dismantling and relocation assignments. Ensure network uptime by minimizing downtime through effective project execution and inventory optimization.

Inventory and Asset Management:
Maintain precise inventory records of both active components (cards, modules) and passive assets (cables, power units). Collaborate with supply chain, warehousing teams, and vendors to ensure timely availability of equipment and avoid project delays.

Vendor and Contract Management:
Engage with vendors for procurement, installation, and support services. Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure timely closure of purchase orders and contracts in coordination with network planning and supply chain stakeholders.

Team Leadership and Compliance:
Supervise technical teams by conducting regular performance reviews and facilitating training programs. Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations and company policies to uphold operational standards.
