This role is responsible for managing access network expansions, power system installations, dismantling and relocation (D&R) activities, and ensuring efficient inventory control to support seamless network operations.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management:
Lead end-to-end management of site RAN and power expansion projects, including dismantling and relocation assignments. Ensure network uptime is maintained and optimize inventory to minimize downtime.

Power and Infrastructure Expansion:
Manage the installation and optimization of power systems such as generators, UPS, batteries, and solar solutions at cell sites and core locations. Ensure high availability of power infrastructure to mitigate outages and support continuous network performance.

Relocation Project Management:
Oversee the full process of relocating network assets—including towers, BSS equipment, microwave links, and NodeBs—from one site to another. Coordinate closely with finance and fixed asset teams to ensure proper asset alignment with financial records.

Inventory and Asset Management:
Maintain accurate records of network equipment inventory, covering both active components (cards, modules) and passive elements (cables, power units). Collaborate with supply chain, warehousing teams, and vendors to track project inventory and prevent delays.

Vendor and Contract Management:
Work closely with vendors for procurement, installation, and support services. Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and timely closure of purchase orders and contracts in coordination with network planning and supply chain stakeholders.

Team Leadership and Compliance:
Supervise technical teams by conducting performance reviews and providing training. Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.

Required Qualifications

Education:
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required.
