We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Manager Accounts to lead daily financial operations, manage bookkeeping, prepare periodic financial statements, and ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, expertise in accounting software, and a proven history of effective financial management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping operations for multiple client accounts.
- Execute month-end and year-end financial closing processes accurately and on schedule.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage closing processes for assigned clients, ensuring strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Ensure client compliance with local statutory contributions, including EOBI and provincial Social Security obligations.
- Perform general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and company account reconciliations.
- Support senior management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Prepare and ensure timely filing of withholding tax (WHT), Income Tax, and Sales Tax returns in accordance with relevant tax authorities.
- Review and process monthly payroll, tax deductions, and disbursements for multiple clients.

Required Qualifications:
- M.Com, MBA (Finance), or an equivalent degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in a managerial accounting role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and Pakistan tax laws.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or ERP systems.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
- Demonstrated leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and meet reporting deadlines effectively.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Additional professional certifications such as ACCA, CA Inter, CMA, or CPA are considered a plus.
- Competitive salary package ranging from PKR 90,000 to 110,000 per month.
- Work location is in person, providing an opportunity to collaborate closely with the team and clients.
