Key Responsibilities
Manager Accounts:
- Oversee and manage all financial transactions and accounting operations within the Institute.
- Prepare accurate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic planning.
- Ensure compliance with university policies and relevant financial regulations.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of all financial activities.
- Supervise and guide the accounts team to ensure timely and accurate processing of payments, receipts, and reconciliations.
Assistant Director Admissions:
- Manage the entire admissions process for the Institute, including application review, candidate evaluation, and enrollment procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and recruit prospective students.
- Coordinate admission campaigns, outreach programs, and information sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of applicants and admissions data.
- Collaborate with academic departments to ensure smooth admission workflows.
- Provide guidance and support to applicants throughout the admission process.
Required Qualifications
Manager Accounts:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is mandatory.
- Professional accounting certification (such as CA, ACCA, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in financial management, preferably within an educational or similar institutional setting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Assistant Director Admissions:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or a related discipline is required.
- Prior experience in admissions, student services, or academic administration is essential.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders including students, faculty, and external partners.
- Proficiency in database management and office software.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
