  • Responsible for managing day to day operations of administration and deal with all government departments.
  • Manage and ensure Security of the premises, Housekeeping activities, Transportation, Mess management and Repair/Maintenance of office equipments.
  • Accomplish supporting staff results by planning, monitoring and coaching.
  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
