The Manager, Alumni Affairs will be responsible for leading the Alumni Affairs function and fostering strong, long-lasting relationships with the alumni community of IBA. This role involves overseeing a wide range of alumni engagement activities, including events, communications, chapter coordination, database management, and fundraising efforts. The manager will also lead and develop the Alumni Affairs team, ensuring the effective execution of initiatives that enhance alumni participation and support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to enhance alumni engagement and participation across various platforms.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with alumni, batches, chapters, and other key stakeholders to strengthen the alumni network.
- Plan, organize, and lead alumni events, networking activities, reunions, and other engagement initiatives to foster community spirit.
- Manage alumni inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution to maintain positive relations.
- Oversee the management and continuous improvement of the alumni database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Lead alumni communications through newsletters, magazines, social media channels, WhatsApp groups, and other publications to keep alumni informed and connected.
- Coordinate and support the activities of IBA Alumni Chapters and their coordinators to promote local engagement.
- Collaborate closely with the Resource Mobilization team to develop and implement alumni fundraising campaigns and “Give Back to IBA” initiatives.
- Manage budgets, vendors, and operational logistics related to alumni activities to ensure smooth execution.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Alumni Affairs team, monitoring performance and fostering professional growth.
- Work in coordination with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of alumni programs and initiatives.
- Track, analyze, and report on key alumni engagement metrics and performance indicators to inform strategy and improvements.

Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized institution, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in alumni relations, community engagement, stakeholder management, event management, and communications.

Knowledge and Competencies:
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with databases, CRM systems, and digital communication platforms.
- Strong skills in event planning, project management, and reporting.
- A good understanding of social media platforms and digital engagement strategies.
