Manager Audit

Union Developers (Pvt.) Ltd., a leading company in the real estate and construction sector, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Manager Audit to join their team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing internal audit functions, ensuring compliance with company policies, and identifying risks to support the organization’s financial integrity and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute comprehensive internal audit activities across multiple departments.
- Review financial records, processes, controls, and compliance to identify discrepancies or areas of concern.
- Detect operational and financial risks and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and ensure strict adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare detailed audit reports, clearly presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Conduct follow-ups on audit observations to ensure timely implementation of corrective measures.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to risk management initiatives.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Audit, or a related discipline.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in audit, preferably within the real estate or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of internal audit procedures, financial controls, and risk management frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills to effectively assess and communicate audit findings.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, with a particular emphasis on Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

Compensation: Monthly salary range from Rs23,249.81 to Rs105,033.02, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
