Manager- BI & Reporting

We are seeking a Manager – BI & Reporting to lead the business intelligence and reporting functions within our Express and Logistics divisions. This role involves designing and managing Power BI dashboards, developing data analytics strategies, and delivering performance reporting that drives operational efficiency and supports informed decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in business intelligence, data analytics, and logistics operations, along with proven leadership experience in managing data teams and optimizing reporting workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement a comprehensive data-driven strategy for business intelligence and reporting tailored to the Express and Logistics business units.
- Oversee the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Power BI dashboards and reports used by executive leadership, operational teams, and finance departments.
- Deliver strategic insights and predictive analytics to support business decisions, utilizing machine learning and AI-driven forecasting techniques where applicable.
- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, operational inefficiencies, and opportunities for growth.
- Manage the integration of data from multiple sources to ensure seamless reporting and analytics capabilities.
- Maintain high standards of data quality, governance, and compliance with industry best practices.
- Collaborate closely with IT, data engineering, and business stakeholders to enhance data pipelines and overall data architecture.

Required Qualifications

- A minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related fields.
- Advanced expertise in Power BI, including proficiency with DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and row-level security configurations.
- Strong skills in SQL, data warehousing concepts, and ETL processes.
- Solid understanding of data automation, API integrations, and predictive analytics. Experience with Python, R, or Power Automate is considered an advantage.
- Master’s degree in Data Sciences, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a closely related discipline.
