Manager - Business Continuity Management

The organization is seeking a Manager for Business Continuity Management to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of its enterprise-wide Business Continuity Management (BCM) framework. This role is critical in ensuring that easypaisa can effectively respond to disruptions, recover swiftly, and maintain essential operations while adhering to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal risk management policies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the enterprise-wide BCM framework, including policies, standards, and procedures.
- Conduct and facilitate Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and risk assessments across various business units to identify critical functions and vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate closely with Risk Champions and business stakeholders to develop, review, and update comprehensive Business Continuity Plans (BCPs).
- Define, review, and challenge Recovery Time Objectives (RTOs) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPOs) in partnership with business and technology teams to ensure realistic and effective recovery targets.
- Coordinate crisis management planning, incident response readiness, and recovery strategies to prepare the organization for potential disruptions.
- Plan, execute, and document BCM tests, simulation exercises, tabletop exercises, and disaster recovery drills to validate response capabilities.
- Monitor and track remediation efforts for gaps identified during assessments, testing, and audit reviews to ensure continuous improvement.
- Prepare detailed dashboards, management reports, and presentations for BCM and Crisis Management steering committees to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Provide hands-on support during actual disruption events and coordinate recovery activities with key stakeholders to minimize operational impact.
- Ensure all BCM practices align with regulatory expectations, operational risk frameworks, and industry best practices.
- Deliver BCM awareness sessions and training programs across the organization to foster a culture of preparedness.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain an up-to-date BCM documentation repository.

Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. Professional qualifications such as CA Inter or ACCA are also acceptable.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Risk Management within the banking industry.
