The Manager Capacity & Commercial Planning role, based in Islamabad, is a full-time, on-site position responsible for forecasting, planning, and managing network and commercial capacity to meet both current and future business demands. This position involves analyzing traffic trends, monitoring resource utilization, and ensuring that capacity plans align with commercial objectives and product roadmaps. The manager will work closely with operations, finance, and commercial teams to coordinate timely network upgrades, optimize resource allocation, and maintain high service quality. Additionally, the role requires preparing detailed reports, supporting investment decisions through data-driven insights, and driving continuous improvements in planning processes and tools.

Key Responsibilities
- Forecast and plan network and commercial capacity to support business growth and operational needs.
- Analyze traffic patterns and utilization metrics to identify capacity constraints and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, finance, and commercial departments to ensure alignment of capacity plans with business goals.
- Coordinate timely upgrades and resource allocation to maintain optimal service quality.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to support strategic investment decisions.
- Lead initiatives to improve capacity planning methodologies and tools for enhanced efficiency.
- Monitor and manage capacity risks, ensuring proactive mitigation strategies are in place.

Required Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Capacity Planning and Capacity Management for network and commercial resources.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, forecast demand, and support informed decision-making.
- Experience in Operations Management to ensure effective execution of capacity plans.
- Project Management skills to lead and coordinate capacity-related projects and initiatives.
- Relevant experience in the telecom, ICT, or related industries is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, spreadsheets, and reporting software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Telecommunications, or a related field.
