The Manager Coordination role is based in Taxila Cantt and requires a dynamic professional to serve as the primary liaison between MHIL Management and the Production Unit. This position focuses on ensuring smooth communication, timely decision-making, and effective implementation of management directives to support manufacturing and production operations. The ideal candidate will oversee production planning, monitor progress, and coordinate with multiple departments to resolve operational challenges, ensuring that production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the central point of contact between MHIL Management and the Production Unit to facilitate effective communication and execution of directives.
- Coordinate production plans, targets, schedules, and delivery timelines in alignment with business requirements and customer orders.
- Monitor production progress against targets, prepare regular reports for management, and highlight any delays or bottlenecks along with proposed corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality Assurance, Engineering, and other relevant departments to address operational issues.
- Ensure timely availability of raw materials, components, and other inputs by coordinating with concerned departments.
- Work closely with the Production Unit and Quality Assurance teams to maintain compliance with approved quality standards and specifications.
- Oversee production completion, finished goods availability, and dispatch schedules to guarantee timely delivery to customers or designated locations.
- Identify production-related challenges, assess their impact on cost, quality, and delivery, and coordinate corrective measures with stakeholders.
- Prepare periodic reports covering production output, capacity utilization, pending orders, material shortages, delivery status, and key operational issues.
- Organize coordination meetings with management and production teams, document decisions, and follow up on actions to ensure timely completion.
- Recommend improvements to enhance production efficiency, interdepartmental coordination, resource utilization, and overall operational performance.
- Ensure timely implementation of management instructions, maintain coordination records, and escalate critical matters requiring higher-level intervention.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, production coordination, automotive operations, or project management.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- A Master’s degree is considered an advantage.
- Experience in two/three-wheeler manufacturing or assembly operations is preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
- The role is based on-site in Taxila Cantt, with candidates expected to reliably commute or relocate prior to starting work.
- Monthly salary range is Rs175,000 to Rs225,000.
