The Manager Data & Research will serve as the primary resource for data management, analytics, industry intelligence, research, and management reporting within PSEB. Reporting to the Director Industry Facilitation, this role supports multiple organizational functions by delivering analytical insights that enable data-driven planning, decision-making, performance monitoring, and policy development. The position demands careful handling of sensitive institutional, company-level, and inter-agency data, ensuring strict adherence to PSEB’s data governance and confidentiality policies. Based in Islamabad, this role is an integral part of the Business Development & Industry Facilitation department.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the central point of contact for all data management, analytics, and research activities within PSEB.
- Provide comprehensive analytical support to facilitate data-driven decision-making across various organizational functions.
- Conduct industry intelligence gathering and research to support strategic planning and policy development.
- Develop and maintain management reporting systems to track performance and progress against organizational objectives.
- Ensure the secure and confidential handling of all sensitive data accessed during work, in compliance with PSEB policies.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to collect, validate, and analyze data relevant to PSEB’s goals.
- Assist the Director Industry Facilitation in preparing reports, presentations, and policy briefs grounded in data insights.
- Maintain strict compliance with PSEB’s data governance standards and confidentiality protocols at all times.

Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in data management, research, and analytics, preferably within business development or industry facilitation environments.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Knowledge of data governance principles and confidentiality best practices.
- Excellent communication skills to present data-driven insights effectively to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work under supervision while responsibly managing sensitive information.
- Maximum age limit for this position is 50 years.
