We are currently looking for a Manager Digital Marketing - Performance to join our growth marketing team. This role will lead both organic and paid media strategies to strengthen Careem’s brand presence across multiple digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business goals and target audiences.
- Manage brand marketing initiatives across Search, Social, Display Programmatic, Video, SEO, and ASO, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices.
- Conduct keyword research and apply SEO and ASO techniques to enhance organic search rankings on websites and app stores.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and others.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, analyze key metrics, and refine strategies to maximize return on investment.
- Drive innovation in campaign execution and measurement methodologies to boost brand strategy and impact.
- Provide regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Promote automation of repetitive tasks to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and present strategic proposals to support business growth and marketing excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in organic and brand-driven digital marketing strategies.
- Strong background in performance marketing with a data-driven mindset.
- Proficiency with Google Marketing Platform tools including Search Ads 360, Display & Video 360, Google Analytics 360, and Campaign Manager.
- Experience with dashboarding and data visualization tools like Looker Studio or similar platforms.
- Proven ability to optimize paid digital campaigns across multiple channels.
- Innovative approach to applying data analytics in marketing strategies.
- Skilled in developing strategic proposals and presenting them effectively to business stakeholders.
