Overview

We have an opening for Manager E-Commerce Position. As we continues to grow, we need to bring on a strong leader who is knowledgeable and energetic to run our E- Distribution Division.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Manage the day-to-day performance of order fulfillment, returns and daily replenishment shipments.
  • Ensure the timely completion of all tasks. Most importantly, that all customer orders are dispatched, accurately, as soon as possible.
  • Communicate daily about all order issues.
  • Recommend and implement best practices to drive efficiencies, for your team to ensure proper steps are followed in fulfilling requirements.
  • Ensure all orders are picked, packed and shipped without damages.
  • The ability to lead a team of individuals, delegate tasks, and supervise all of the functions that occur in this department.
  • Manage inventory on a daily basis. This includes, consolidating locations, ensuring product is received in correctly and put away in the appropriate area.
  • Train all new employees for your department.
  • Assign, schedule, and supervise the daily tasks and functions of the Staff. This includes sharing and requesting resources as needed.
  • Provide direction, leadership and motivation to all associates in your department.
  • Maintain supply inventory. Place orders prior to running out.
  • Conduct daily staff meetings to review previous day business – issues and your daily plan.
  • Update your team on all important announcements.
  • Plan and schedule all distribution services including receiving, storing, handling returned/damaged goods, maintenance, and administrative activities to ensure customer requirements are met in an efficient manner.
  • Plan long-range labor needs based on sales forecasts and input from management.
  • Make recommendations to senior management on programs to improve operations.
  • Plan and run warehouse meetings and interact with the distribution management team to establish agenda.
  • Develop a space use and equipment use plan to meet prescribed cost and service standards.
  • Analyzes consumer trends and information, and categories to help identify product categories to enter as future sources of growth.
  • Analyzes market, consumer, and competitive information to set new product pricing and manage price on existing items.
  • Works with sales to identify programming to generate incremental sales and/or profitability.
  • Works collaboratively with operations/sourcing to identify and develop productivity initiatives.
  • All other duties as required by management.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience managing E-Distribution.
  • Communicate effectively, both oral and written.
  • Detail oriented, organized, ability to problem solve quickly, and multi-task.
  • Familiar with general technology such as Microsoft office.
  • Strong management and leadership skills.
  • Ability to stand for 8+ hours.
