Manager Equipment & Plant

We are looking for a highly motivated Manager E&P with extensive experience in equipment maintenance and strong leadership capabilities. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the company’s core processes and will be responsible for monitoring equipment deployment to optimize cost versus revenue. This role requires minimizing external rentals by effectively identifying and arranging equipment according to projected deployment commitments, ensuring operational efficiency and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the availability of equipment and plants at project sites to support uninterrupted operations.
- Reduce equipment breakdown time to accelerate project progress and maintain productivity.
- Implement and oversee preventive maintenance programs for all equipment, including conducting site inspections, audits, and incident investigations to uphold operational standards.
- Maintain strict compliance with safety, quality, and environmental management procedures, ensuring employee safety and adherence to legislative requirements.
- Collaborate with HR to support the recruitment, training, and development of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) personnel.
- Enforce compliance with HSE, Quality, and Company Systems to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry, with a strong background in equipment management and maintenance.

Skills and Competencies:
- Proficient in budgeting and cost planning for both rental and owned equipment.
- Ability to interpret service manuals and spare part manuals accurately.
- Knowledge of auto electronic systems.
- Strong decision-making and negotiation skills to manage resources and vendor relationships effectively.
