We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Manager Finance - Accounts Receivable to oversee our accounts receivable and billing operations within a fast-paced BPO environment. The ideal candidate will manage the entire order-to-cash process, ensuring optimal cash flow and timely collections while leading a dedicated finance team. This role requires strong analytical abilities, effective leadership, and a commitment to enhancing accuracy and efficiency in financial workflows.
Key Responsibilities
AR Cycle Management: Oversee the full Accounts Receivable process including invoicing, payment posting, credit control, and debt collection to guarantee timely and accurate transactions.
Cash Flow Optimization: Regularly review aging reports, identify overdue accounts, and implement collection strategies to reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and develop the AR and billing team to achieve operational KPIs and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
Reconciliations & Reporting: Perform monthly reconciliations of customer accounts, general ledger AR entries, and bank deposits to ensure financial accuracy and integrity.
Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to automate and streamline billing and collection processes by utilizing advanced ERP and accounting systems.
Cross-functional Coordination: Act as the primary liaison for client escalations, audits, and internal financial reporting, ensuring effective communication between departments.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields. Professional certifications such as CA (Inter), ACCA, or MBA in Finance are highly valued.
Experience: 5 to 8 years of relevant finance experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity focusing on Accounts Receivable.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP platforms like SAP, NetSuite, or QuickBooks is essential. Experience with financial dashboard reporting is preferred.
Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills to manage client relationships and lead internal teams effectively.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs30,587.90 to Rs105,483.95.
