Manager Finance

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Manager to lead our financial operations. This role involves managing budgeting, cost accounting, taxation, financial reporting, and cash flow. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, a thorough understanding of tax regulations, and the capability to maintain accurate financial records. Additionally, they will support strategic business decisions by providing insightful financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting activities to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, management reports, and performance summaries to inform decision-making.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, expense tracking, and implement effective financial controls.
- Ensure timely tax filing and compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
- Handle taxation matters specifically related to e-commerce operations and transactions.
- Monitor operating expenses, identify opportunities for cost savings, and enhance financial efficiency.
- Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal control systems to safeguard company assets.
- Reconcile accounts regularly to guarantee the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Coordinate with internal departments, auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities as needed.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management to support business growth and profitability.
- Identify potential financial risks and propose appropriate mitigation strategies.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in finance, accounting, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Strong knowledge of Pakistani tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in cost accounting, budgeting, and financial planning.
- Experience with e-commerce taxation and compliance is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting or financial management software.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
