We are seeking a qualified and experienced Manager Finance to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial management skills, a solid analytical mindset, and practical experience in finance and accounting. This role demands a results-driven professional capable of overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the company’s financial health through accurate reporting and effective cash flow management.

Key Responsibilities
- Review account reconciliations, provisions, accruals, and prepayments to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Manage cash flow, accounts, and conduct detailed financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements to maintain financial integrity.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
- Coordinate and liaise with internal and external auditors during audits and financial reviews.

Required Qualifications
- 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Finance and Accounts, demonstrating a strong understanding of financial processes.
- Professional qualification such as ACCA or ACMA is mandatory.
- Strong analytical skills coupled with leadership capabilities and effective communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with financial reporting systems to manage and analyze financial data efficiently.
