The Manager Finance – Treasury will play a critical role in managing the organization’s treasury portfolio, ensuring effective liquidity and cash flow management to maintain strong financial health. This position involves building and sustaining relationships with banks and investment firms, overseeing treasury-related financial reporting, and ensuring strict compliance with regulatory standards. The manager will lead a dedicated team supporting accounting functions and contribute to financial analysis and reporting that informs senior management’s strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the organization’s treasury portfolio, focusing on cash flow and liquidity management to optimize financial resources.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks and investment companies to support and enhance financial operations.
- Oversee the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting related to treasury activities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and corporate governance standards.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team responsible for accounting functions within the treasury department.
- Provide financial analysis and reporting to senior management, delivering insights that support strategic decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Deep understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and risk management principles.
- Proven leadership and team management experience, with the ability to inspire and guide staff effectively.
- Strong proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and accounting principles.
- Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements and corporate governance frameworks relevant to treasury operations.

- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of consistently meeting deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Educational qualifications such as an MBA in Finance, ACA Finalist, ACCA, or CIMA are highly desirable. Candidates pursuing a CFA designation will be given preference.
- A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in treasury management, investments, cash management, and financial reporting is required.
