- Develop and maintain dynamic financial models covering revenue, costs, profitability, cash flow, headcount, growth assumptions, and capital needs.
- Monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts, analyze variances, identify business drivers, and provide clear recommendations to the CEO/CFO.
- Create scenario and sensitivity analyses to evaluate the financial impact of strategic decisions, investments, growth plans, and market changes.
- Track cash flow, liquidity, burn rate, and runway to support resource allocation and capital requirement planning.
- Support fundraising efforts by preparing financial plans, capital requirement analyses, valuation support, and fundraising scenarios.
- Prepare investor-ready financial models, narratives, presentations, data rooms, and due diligence materials for current and prospective investors.
- Assist with investor relations through updates, performance reports, presentations, and ongoing communication.
- Manage equity and capitalization activities, including cap-table tracking, dilution modeling, and investment structure analysis.
- Collaborate with leadership to assess business cases, investments, pricing, expansion opportunities, and other strategic projects from a financial perspective.
- Develop management dashboards and reporting tools that highlight key metrics such as revenue, margins, cash position, burn rate, and profitability.
- Work closely with Accounting and other teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness of management reporting aligned with financial statements.
- Strengthen financial controls, planning processes, reporting standards, and decision-making frameworks to support scalable growth.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial and commercial analyses, delivering clear, actionable recommendations to senior leadership.

- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, capable of building robust financial models from scratch.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to interpret financial data in the context of broader business drivers.
- Ability to simplify complex financial information into actionable insights for senior and non-finance stakeholders.
