Brightwheel is transforming early education, a vital foundation for childhood development and a $175 billion market that remains underserved by technology. As the largest and fastest-growing platform in early education, Brightwheel is trusted daily by millions of educators and families. Recognized as a three-time Cloud 100 company, we are backed by leading investors including Addition, Bessemer, Emerson Collective, Lowercase Capital, Notable Capital, and Mark Cuban. Our passionate and talented team operates across the U.S. and internationally, embracing a remote-first culture guided by strong leadership principles.

We are seeking an AI-native Go-To-Market (GTM) strategic operator who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments. The ideal candidate thinks systemically, designing scalable processes that evolve with the business while balancing strategic foresight and operational rigor. Experience in high-growth or startup environments is essential, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and scale effectively. You are comfortable working both in detail and at the executive level, translating analytics into actionable insights, aligning cross-functional teams, and driving swift execution.

You are relentlessly curious, committed to continuous improvement, and adept at leveraging AI tools to automate, analyze, and accelerate decision-making. You take ownership from start to finish and embody Brightwheel’s leadership principles in all you do.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with Sales leadership to operationalize and execute key initiatives effectively.
- Identify structural GTM efficiency opportunities to enhance pipeline quality, deal velocity, coverage, efficiency, and predictability across sales motions.
- Develop repeatable dashboards and views of sales performance metrics including pipeline, conversion, coverage, capacity, productivity, attainment, and growth initiatives.
- Build AI-driven analytical workflows such as automated closed-loss analysis, Gong transcript classification, distribution quality assurance, and account segmentation that operate without manual intervention.
- Design and implement scalable sales processes and playbooks, covering lead routing, scoring, rep workflows, and monitoring frameworks that detect system failures autonomously.
- Present insights and recommendations in Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs), Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), and executive forums, translating complex data into clear narratives for senior stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

- 5–7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, GTM Engineering, or a related function, preferably within a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to serve as a strategic thought partner to senior Sales leaders, translating data insights into actionable business strategies.
- Exceptional analytical and modeling skills with hands-on experience using data warehouses such as Redshift or Snowflake.
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, including building flows, validation rules, cadences, and reports, along with production ownership of lead routing and distribution tools like LeanData or ChiliPiper.
- Demonstrated fluency in AI with experience building end-to-end automated workflows that operate independently.
- Excellent business judgment with the ability to balance operational rigor, governance, and speed while identifying root causes rather than symptoms.
- Strong program management skills with a track record of owning multi-stakeholder projects from scoping to delivery without requiring external project management.
- Clear and confident communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Finance, GTM Operations, Revenue Systems, and Data teams without direct authority.
