The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in both horticulture and entomology, with a strong background in supervising related activities. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all horticulture-related activities, including planting, maintenance, and landscaping to enhance the hospital environment.
- Implement and supervise insect pest control programs to prevent and manage pest infestations effectively.
- Lead and coordinate a team of horticulture and pest control staff, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of horticultural activities, pest control measures, and resource utilization.
- Collaborate with hospital departments to ensure horticulture and pest control practices align with healthcare regulations and environmental standards.
- Develop and conduct training sessions for staff on best practices in horticulture and pest management.
- Utilize computer applications for reporting, scheduling, and maintaining documentation related to horticulture and pest control operations.
- Address and resolve challenges related to plant health, pest outbreaks, and environmental concerns proactively.

Required Qualifications:
- MSc (Hons) degree in Entomology.
- Minimum of 10 years of supervisory experience in horticulture and applied entomology.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing horticulture and pest control activities, preferably within a healthcare or similar institutional setting.
