We are seeking an experienced and proactive Housekeeping Manager to lead and oversee housekeeping operations at a busy shopping mall. The successful candidate will have extensive hands-on experience managing third-party janitorial staff and ensuring that all areas maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and facility upkeep. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to coordinate multiple teams and maintain a safe, clean environment for visitors and tenants.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily housekeeping activities throughout the mall, including common areas, washrooms, food courts, corridors, parking lots, and other facilities.
- Supervise third-party janitorial staff, ensuring adequate manpower, attendance, discipline, and performance standards are met.
- Coordinate closely with housekeeping contractors on staffing requirements, cleaning schedules, and service quality.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness, hygiene, and safety protocols.
- Monitor the availability and proper use of cleaning materials, equipment, and consumables to optimize resource utilization.
- Develop and implement comprehensive cleaning schedules, checklists, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency.
- Address housekeeping complaints promptly and liaise with relevant departments to resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain detailed daily inspection reports, manpower records, and contractor performance evaluations.

Required Qualifications
- 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in housekeeping operations, preferably within shopping malls, hotels, hospitals, or large commercial facilities.
- Proven track record of managing third-party janitorial staff and housekeeping contractors effectively.
- Strong knowledge of commercial cleaning practices, hygiene standards, and the use of cleaning equipment.
- Excellent leadership abilities with strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage large teams and ensure consistent service quality across multiple areas.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience working in a dynamic, high-traffic environment such as a shopping mall is highly desirable.
- Competitive monthly pay ranging from Rs 1.00 to Rs 2.00.
- This is an in-person role requiring physical presence at the work location.
