Candidate should have:
- Master degree holder with major in HR from HEC recognized University.
- Have at least (3 -5) years of HR & Administration experience.
- Will be responsible for all HR functions including recruitment and selection, induction and orientation, training & development, career planning, performance management, grievance handling.
- General administration matters and should be well conversant with the application of all governing rules and regulations pertaining to human resources.
- Command on English (Oral and Written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Power Point).
- Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.
