Manager IMS & Quality Assurance

This position is responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining an Integrated Management System (IMS) aligned with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 standards. The successful candidate will ensure that the IMS supports the organization’s strategic objectives while maintaining full compliance with relevant regulatory requirements. This role involves developing and monitoring departmental and organizational goals using the SMART methodology, standardizing and upgrading Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), leading internal audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety systems within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Establish, implement, and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) in compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 standards.
- Align IMS frameworks with the organization’s strategic goals and ensure adherence to all applicable regulatory requirements.
- Develop departmental and organizational objectives using the SMART approach, monitoring performance on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Ensure that Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) objectives are aligned with overall business goals.
- Develop, standardize, and upgrade Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in accordance with ISO standards and internal guidelines.
- Lead initiatives for SOP integration and enhancement within defined timelines, ensuring effective implementation across departments.
- Plan and conduct internal audits for QMS, EMS, and OHS systems based on approved audit schedules.
- Identify gaps and non-compliances, ensure corrective actions are implemented, and follow up to close audit findings.
- Collaborate with Customer Service and After Sales teams to monitor customer complaints, warranty claims, and feedback, driving continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement Quality Service Agreements with stakeholders to maintain defined service standards.
- Promote quality culture initiatives, such as Quality Month, throughout the organization.
- Ensure compliance with Pakistan Standards and Quality Control Authority (PSQCA), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and other relevant legal and regulatory bodies.

Required Qualifications

- In-depth knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and their practical application.
- Familiarity with PSQCA standards and environmental/legal compliance requirements.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Experience in conducting training sessions and awareness programs related to IMS and quality systems.
- Proven auditing skills, problem-solving ability, and effective follow-up on corrective actions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical) or a related discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in Quality, IMS, or Compliance roles within the manufacturing sector.
- At least 5 years in a leadership or head role managing cross-functional teams.

- Competitive monthly salary range between Rs. 200,000 and Rs. 350,000.
