Bank of Khyber is seeking a dedicated Branch Operations Manager for its Kohat and Duki locations. This full-time role requires a professional with a solid background in branch banking operations, capable of managing daily branch activities efficiently while ensuring compliance with banking policies and delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience leading branch operations and a strong understanding of banking procedures.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and banking standards.
- Supervise branch staff, providing guidance and support to maintain high performance.
- Monitor daily transactions and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate seamless banking services.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports related to branch operations.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints effectively.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum education requirement is a Graduation degree.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university or a reputable foreign institution is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in branch banking operations within a bank.
