Manager IP Billing & Digital Services

Key Responsibilities
Manage international data billing, receivables, payments, and financial records related to IP and digital services. Ensure timely billing and collection in accordance with standard operating procedures. Process payments for satellite, cable, media, and international phone services while maintaining accurate billing, receivable, payable, and payment records. Conduct periodic reconciliations of receivables and payables with customers and vendors. Ensure timely and accurate recording of revenue, costs, expenses, and vendor payments in SAP. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports related to international data revenue and cable/media costs. Collaborate closely with Business Solutions, Central Payments, Treasury, Taxation, and Accounts teams to resolve billing and payment matters. Support internal and external audits for International Data Service accounts. Manage customer billing disputes and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure their timely resolution. Adhere strictly to departmental processes, financial controls, and reporting requirements.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, MBA Finance, ACMA, or ACCA certification. Strong technical competency in wholesale billing and settlement processes, including vendor payment processing. Proficiency in financial modeling using Excel spreadsheets. Experience working with SAP for financial transactions and reporting.
