SIFCD is seeking to hire a Manager (HR & Coordination/Protocol) and a Research Associate on a contract basis for the PSDP-funded "Invest Pakistan" project. These roles are integral to supporting the project’s objectives by ensuring smooth human resource operations, effective coordination, and comprehensive research activities. The selected candidates will work closely with the project team to facilitate implementation and contribute to the overall success of the initiative.
Key Responsibilities
For the Manager (HR & Coordination/Protocol) position, the candidate will oversee all human resource functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. They will be responsible for maintaining personnel records, managing payroll coordination, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. Additionally, this role involves coordinating project activities, organizing meetings and events, and handling protocol arrangements for official visits and stakeholder engagements. The manager will act as a liaison between different departments and external partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
The Research Associate will conduct detailed research and analysis related to the project’s focus areas. Responsibilities include gathering data, preparing reports, and supporting the development of project proposals and presentations. The associate will assist in monitoring project progress and evaluating outcomes to provide actionable insights. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders to ensure research outputs align with project goals is also a key part of this role.
Required Qualifications
Candidates for the Manager (HR & Coordination/Protocol) role should possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in HR management and coordination is essential, along with strong organizational and communication skills. Familiarity with protocol management and event coordination is highly desirable.
For the Research Associate position, a bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Economics, Business, or a related discipline is required. Candidates should have experience in conducting research, data analysis, and report writing. Proficiency in relevant software tools and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are important.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
