Siraj Din Energy is seeking an experienced and hands-on Manager IT to oversee the company’s entire IT operations and infrastructure. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth functioning, maintenance, security, and support of all IT systems, including hardware, software, networking, and surveillance equipment. This role demands a proactive professional capable of managing day-to-day IT activities while maintaining reliable and secure technology services across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the company’s overall IT infrastructure and daily IT operations to ensure seamless functionality.
- Troubleshoot and support laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Oversee CCTV/camera systems, including NVR/DVR recording and surveillance infrastructure.
- Manage LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, routers, switches, and related network components.
- Install, configure, update, and troubleshoot operating systems, software, and business applications.
- Provide timely technical support and resolve IT issues for employees.
- Administer IT assets, including equipment allocation, software licenses, warranties, and inventory management.
- Implement and monitor backups, antivirus solutions, access controls, system updates, and basic cybersecurity measures.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT, internet, CCTV, hardware, and software support.
- Assess IT needs and assist management with procurement, upgrades, and technical solutions.
- Maintain accurate IT documentation, records, and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure reliable IT operations with minimal downtime across all company locations.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 4 to 5 years of relevant IT experience, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Strong hands-on expertise in IT infrastructure, hardware, networking, CCTV systems, software, and technical support.
- Proficient knowledge of Windows operating systems, LAN/Wi-Fi networks, routers, switches, printers, and common business applications.
- Solid understanding of IT security principles, including backups, antivirus management, and user access controls.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills coupled with effective vendor management capabilities.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to independently manage the company’s complete IT function and take ownership of daily IT requirements.
