Manager MEP

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager MEP to join a prestigious client based in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works, ensuring smooth installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of building services. This role demands a professional with a strong background in managing MEP systems within large-scale commercial buildings, exhibition centers, hotels, or industrial facilities. The candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining technical readiness, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of HVAC systems, electrical distribution, standby generators, lifts, plumbing, fire detection and firefighting systems, and low-current systems.
- Oversee MEP works on development projects, including reviewing technical specifications, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and conducting technical evaluations.
- Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules and energy management strategies to ensure uninterrupted power supply and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with utility authorities, vendors, and service contractors to maintain seamless operations during exhibitions, events, and daily activities.
- Ensure compliance with statutory safety requirements and company policies related to MEP services.
- Monitor and maintain technical readiness during exhibitions and events, ensuring all systems function optimally.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from an HEC-recognized university.
- Registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in MEP works, particularly in large-scale commercial or industrial environments.
