Manager Operation theater (Morning)

We are seeking an experienced Operation Theatre (OT) Manager to join our hospital team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and maintenance of the operation theatre, ensuring a sterile and safe environment for surgical procedures. This role requires strong technical knowledge of theatre equipment, infection control practices, and the ability to coordinate with medical staff effectively. The OT Manager will play a critical role in supporting surgical teams, managing resources, and maintaining compliance with health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain the operation theatre to ensure readiness for surgical procedures.
- Manage and maintain theatre equipment, ensuring all devices are functional and properly sterilized.
- Identify and maintain sterile fields during operations to prevent contamination.
- Adhere strictly to infection control policies and procedures to safeguard patient and staff health.
- Provide intraoperative equipment and technical support to surgical teams.
- Assist anesthetists in managing emergencies that occur outside the OT room.
- Oversee the handling and disposal of hazardous waste in compliance with safety regulations.
- Ensure the availability of necessary medical and diagnostic supplies at all times.
- Foster effective collaboration with colleagues and other healthcare professionals.
- Manage work schedules and resources to meet operational requirements efficiently.
- Maintain a safe, healthy, and secure working environment within the theatre and related areas.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Operation Theatre Technology or Surgical Technology.
- A minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience working as an OT Manager in a hospital or acute care setting.

Shift Timings:
- Morning shift from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Location:
- Gulshan e Iqbal, Block 13C.

Work Environment:
- This is an in-person role requiring presence at the hospital site.
