Manager Operations

The Arena is looking for a skilled Manager Operations to oversee the day-to-day activities of its cinema, ensuring smooth operations and a superior customer experience. This role involves leading multiple operational teams, managing facility readiness, and driving efficiency to support business growth. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in operations management, preferably within cinema, hospitality, or retail sectors, combined with excellent leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all operational departments to maintain efficient, customer-focused cinema operations.
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate operational teams, ensuring high standards of performance and service excellence.
- Oversee the execution of movie schedules, auditorium preparation, and overall facility maintenance.
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
- Drive operational efficiency to support revenue growth and meet business objectives.
- Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational standards.

Required Qualifications:
- MBA degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in operations management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with the flexibility to work varied shifts.

Compensation and Work Location:
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs100,000 to Rs120,000. This is an in-person role requiring the candidate to be present at the cinema location.
