We are seeking an experienced Manager of Products & Solutions to lead our development teams and oversee the full operational lifecycle of a diverse application portfolio. This role demands deep expertise in modern Microsoft technologies, architectural and database design, and a strong background in AI and large language model (LLM) based solutions. The successful candidate will ensure the reliable operation of mission-critical systems while fostering innovation and continuous improvement across the technology stack.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of software engineers to deliver robust, high-quality software solutions. Oversee the end-to-end development, optimization, and performance management of applications within the portfolio. Define and enforce architecture, coding standards, and best practices aligned with the latest Microsoft development frameworks. Champion the integration and adoption of AI/LLM technologies to enhance application capabilities, workflows, and automation.
Design and optimize complex database structures, leveraging expertise in SQL Server, data modeling, indexing, and performance tuning. Manage and improve ETL workflows, including SSIS packages, data pipelines, and integration services. Ensure all applications comply with security, scalability, and operational stability requirements. Collaborate closely with stakeholders across business units to translate business needs into actionable technical plans.
Take ownership of release management, incident response, and continuous improvement initiatives. Evaluate and integrate new tools, technologies, and cloud services, with a strong preference for Microsoft Azure experience.
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated mastery of the Microsoft .NET ecosystem, including .NET 6/7+, C#, Entity Framework Core, Web APIs, and microservices architecture. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services such as DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, App Services, Azure SQL, Service Bus, and monitoring tools. Solid understanding of AI and LLM technologies, including prompt engineering and enterprise AI integration.
Expertise in SQL Server, including database design, T-SQL, stored procedure optimization, and query performance tuning. Proficiency in SSIS, SSRS/Power BI, and data warehousing concepts. Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React or Angular and RESTful architectures. Strong knowledge of application security, performance tuning, and scalability best practices.
An operational mindset with the ability to manage complex application ecosystems effectively. Proven track record of leading engineering teams and managing large-scale application portfolios. Excellent analytical skills to diagnose root causes, mitigate risks, and maintain smooth production operations. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and handle multiple concurrent initiatives. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred. Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Azure Architect, Azure DevOps, or AI Engineering add value. Experience working within agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban is advantageous.
