Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing interactive dashboards that cover revenue, profitability, forecasts, budgets, sales pipelines, sales performance, customer insights, product data, and regional analysis. This includes overseeing KPI dashboards, performing revenue reconciliation, and preparing standardized management reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Your reports will include variance analysis against budgets, forecasts, prior-year performance, and established targets. You will also identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and accelerate reporting turnaround times. Coordination with Finance, Sales, Product, IT, CRM, and other stakeholders will be essential to collect and validate data, resolve any reporting discrepancies, and ensure timely delivery of accurate management information. Additionally, you will ensure governance of dashboards and reporting through access controls, version management, data confidentiality, and standardized practices, while continuously seeking ways to improve efficiency.

Required Qualifications
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or Finance is required. Professional certifications such as ACCA, CA, or CIMA are essential. An MBA is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience and Technical Competencies
Candidates should have 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in management reporting, financial planning and analysis, commercial analytics, or business intelligence. Proficiency in Power BI dashboard reporting, data analysis and interpretation, advanced Excel, SQL, and financial and commercial reporting is necessary to succeed in this role.
