Manager Sales (Import) (Freight Forwarding)

Raaziq Group (RIL Logistics), a leading and trusted name in customs clearance services across Pakistan, is seeking experienced professionals to join their team as Manager Sales and Assistant Manager Sales for Import Customs Clearance and Freight Forwarding. Based in Karachi, this role focuses on driving sales growth, supporting regional sales operations, acquiring new clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the import process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver customized logistics solutions primarily related to import customs clearance.

Key Responsibilities

- Demonstrate strong knowledge and experience in sales within the import customs clearance sector.
- Possess a clear understanding of import customs clearance procedures and the overall import process.
- Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities in freight forwarding, customs clearance, transport, and warehousing services.
- Conduct daily market visits to develop new business, prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their logistics requirements and offering appropriate solutions.
- Ensure adherence to company policies to optimize profits and minimize costs.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
- Utilize MS Office applications proficiently for reporting and communication purposes.
- Must have own vehicle or conveyance to facilitate client visits and job-related travel.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 to 6 years of sales experience, preferably in import customs clearance.
