Manager Sales

We are looking for an experienced Manager Sales to join our team in the lighting industry, based near Amazon Mall, GT Road, Islamabad. The ideal candidate will bring at least 10 years of relevant industry experience and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. This role demands daily in-person attendance and offers a competitive salary of PKR 150,000 plus commission. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key client relationships, and leading sales initiatives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary liaison for Architects, Consultants, Contractors, and Developers, building and maintaining strong professional relationships to support business expansion.
- Generate qualified leads, convert sales opportunities, and consistently achieve or surpass revenue targets.
- Conduct technical assessments to understand client requirements and develop tailored architectural lighting solutions and proposals.
- Prepare detailed quotations and cost estimates in alignment with project specifications and drawings.
- Lead and coordinate internal sales and pre-sales teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and goals.
- Monitor and manage the project pipeline, ensuring timely engagement throughout all pre-sales stages.
- Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategic sales decisions.
- Conduct site visits to strengthen brand presence and foster long-term client partnerships.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 10 years of sales experience specifically within the lighting industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong capability to interpret architectural and electrical drawings accurately.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to report daily to the office located near Amazon Mall, GT Road, Islamabad.
- Established and active relationships with Architects, Consultants, Developers, and Contractors in the Twin Cities (Islamabad/Rawalpindi).
