- Proven success in hiring, building, and leading teams that consistently surpass revenue targets.
- Strong track record of closing deals, quota ownership, and delivering predictable revenue streams.
- Expertise in pipeline management, sales forecasting, and maintaining sales discipline.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven approach to strategy and team coaching, with proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
- High integrity, accountability, and leadership demonstrated through action.
- Ability to work US business hours in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- Experience selling SaaS or technology solutions.
- Background in healthcare or medical practice operations.
- Experience mentoring peers or contributing to team initiatives.
- Proven success in high-growth or rapidly evolving business environments.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:

- Company-sponsored vehicle financing options and interest-free loans.
- Provident Fund contributions matching up to 8% of base salary.
- Additional allowances including fuel card and cellular allowance.
