Manager Sales

We are seeking a motivated Sales and Marketing professional with 1 to 3 years of experience in the foods and beverages sector, specifically targeting market growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, customer relationship management, and business development. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to ensure smooth business operations. The position is based in Lahore and requires the candidate to either reliably commute or relocate prior to starting work.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop new customer accounts to expand market presence.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordinate effectively with Imports, Accounts, and other internal departments to facilitate seamless business processes.
- Oversee the movement of products, inventory, and parts from stores to customers, ensuring timely delivery.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to maintain engagement and address any concerns.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback regarding material delivery to improve service quality.
- Prepare and send accurate quotations to customers in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications
- MBA, M.Com, or BBA degree.
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably within the foods and beverages sector.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and customer management.
- Hands-on experience in making sales calls and building customer relationships.
- Demonstrated business development skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
