Manager Sales - Mechanical

Logix Solutions is partnering with a leading Fire Protection and Fire Fighting company based in Karachi to recruit a Manager Sales – Mechanical. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in mechanical engineering and extensive experience in fire protection systems. This role requires someone who can effectively manage sales projects, develop business opportunities, and maintain strong client relationships within the fire safety industry. The position is based in Karachi and involves working on-site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project-based sales activities, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company goals.
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain ongoing client relationships to drive sales growth.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of technical proposals and project documentation.
- Prepare and review AutoCAD drawings, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and hydraulic calculations related to fire protection systems.
- Ensure compliance with NFPA standards and technical specifications for fire pumps, sprinklers, hydrant systems, valves, and other related equipment.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to provide technical support during project execution.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 7 to 10+ years of relevant experience in fire protection and fire-fighting systems sales.
- In-depth knowledge of NFPA standards and fire protection equipment including pumps, sprinklers, hydrants, and valves.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for preparing technical drawings and documentation.
- Experience in preparing BOQs, technical proposals, and performing hydraulic calculations.
- Demonstrated expertise in project coordination, client management, and business development within the fire protection sector.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 200,000 to PKR 250,000.
- Work location is in-person at the Karachi office, providing direct interaction with project teams and clients.
