Manager Software Orchestration

Zones, a global leader in end-to-end IT solutions with over 35 years of experience, is seeking a Manager for Software Orchestration. This role is pivotal in leading a team that bridges Software, Cloud, and Security functions to transform strategy into coordinated execution. The Manager will drive operational alignment, improve functional processes, enhance tool utilization, and ensure go-to-market readiness while fostering collaboration across multiple departments including Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, and IT. This position also oversees business analysis efforts, guiding analysts in developing frameworks, dashboards, and tools that support data-driven decision-making at all organizational levels.

Key Responsibilities

- Establish and execute strategic goals for Software Orchestration, translating priorities into actionable plans, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to align on critical business needs and drive execution across divisions.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance software quoting, discounting workflows, and overall functional performance.
- Manage and develop the Software Orchestration team, including direct and matrixed reports, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee training, coaching, and resource allocation to meet evolving business priorities.
- Direct business analysis activities, ensuring data insights lead to actionable recommendations and support decision-making.
- Guide the team in end-to-end analytics processes, including data extraction, modeling, visualization, and communication.
- Partner with Digital Transformation and IT to build and maintain data infrastructure that supports analytics and reporting needs.
- Promote effective use of tools and standardized processes to improve workflow efficiency and data governance.
- Serve as a liaison to enable stakeholders across PPM, Sales, Supply Chain, and other functions, ensuring readiness and alignment for software, cloud, and security initiatives.
- Drive go-to-market readiness by coordinating strategy, communications, and stakeholder engagement for PPM-led initiatives.
- Maintain a disciplined operating cadence with regular status updates, risk assessments, and roadmap reviews.
- Continuously research industry trends and technologies to enhance team capabilities and business value.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, data science, information systems, computer science, engineering, finance, economics, operations, or a related quantitative or technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams focused on business analysis, analytics, strategy execution, or cross-functional transformation.
- Strong expertise in handling large datasets and applying comprehensive analytical processes from data extraction to business recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and influence decisions across multiple functions.
- Experience managing project portfolios, roadmaps, business cadences, and executive communications.
- Proficient in quantitative analysis, data modeling, dashboard development, and business intelligence.
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, presentation, and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and ability to manage ambiguity and shifting priorities.
- Skilled in project and portfolio management, including prioritization, risk management, and status tracking.
- Knowledge of process improvement, change readiness, and go-to-market execution.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information

- Experience supporting software, cloud, security, product or portfolio management, sales operations, or supply chain functions is preferred.
- The role requires independent judgment, ethical leadership, and the ability to create clarity in complex, cross-functional environments.
- Candidates should be comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on analysis and influencing organizational roadmaps.
- Working hours for this position are from 8 PM to 5 AM Pakistan Time.
