Manager Software Orchestration

Zones LLC, a leading global IT solutions provider with over 35 years of experience, is seeking a Manager for Software Orchestration based in Islamabad, Pakistan. This role involves leading the Software Orchestration team and collaborating across Software, Cloud, and Security functions to translate strategy into effective execution. The manager will oversee operational alignment, improve functional processes, enhance tool utilization, and ensure go-to-market readiness while fostering cross-divisional collaboration across multiple departments including Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, and IT. This position also includes directing business analysis efforts to develop frameworks, dashboards, and tools that support data-driven decision-making at all organizational levels.

Key Responsibilities

- Establish strategic goals and lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Software Orchestration functions and projects.
- Translate priorities in Software, Cloud, and Security into coordinated plans, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
- Drive cross-functional alignment and execution by coordinating teams across divisions.
- Lead business cadence by tracking critical projects, identifying obstacles, and preparing decision-ready materials for stakeholders.
- Identify and implement improvements in processes, policies, tools, and operating models to enhance execution and unlock value.
- Manage and develop the Software Orchestration team, including direct and matrixed reports, through coaching, mentoring, and resource allocation.
- Oversee work intake, prioritize assignments, and maintain a collaborative, accountable team culture focused on data-informed decisions.
- Lead business analysis efforts by ensuring analytical outputs provide actionable insights and clear recommendations.
- Guide the team in end-to-end analytics including data extraction, modeling, visualization, and communication.
- Partner with Digital Transformation and IT to establish robust data infrastructure supporting analytics.
- Promote effective use of approved tools for workflows, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Act as a liaison to enable stakeholders across PPM, Sales, Supply Chain, and other functions, maintaining strong senior-level relationships.
- Drive go-to-market readiness by coordinating strategy, communications, and stakeholder alignment for PPM-led initiatives.
- Maintain an organized operating cadence with regular updates on project status, risks, priorities, and resource allocation.
- Continuously research industry trends, technologies, and process improvements to enhance team capabilities and business value.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, data science, information systems, computer science, engineering, finance, economics, operations, or a related quantitative or technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience leading teams in business analysis, analytics, strategy execution, operations, or cross-functional transformation.
- Strong background in handling large datasets and applying comprehensive analytical processes from data extraction to business recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders across multiple functions.
- Experience managing roadmaps, project portfolios, business cadences, and executive communications.
- Solid skills in people leadership, coaching, delegation, and resource management.
- Advanced quantitative, analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Expertise in data analysis, modeling, dashboard development, and business intelligence.
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, influencing, presentation, and written communication skills.
- Strong project and portfolio management discipline, including prioritization, risk management, and status tracking.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, shifting priorities, and competing demands while maintaining focus on outcomes.
- Knowledge of process improvement, change readiness, enablement, and go-to-market execution.
